The family of Hazlitt's father were Irish Protestants who moved from the county of Antrim to Tipperary in the early 18th century. Also named William Hazlitt, Hazlitt's father attended the University of Glasgow where he was taught by Adam Smith ,  receiving a master's degree in Not entirely satisfied with his Presbyterian faith, he became a Unitarian minister in England.
Public art is art in any media whose form, function and meaning are created for the general public through a public process. It is a specific art genre  with its own professional and critical discourse. Public art is visually and physically accessible to the public; it is installed or staged in public space or the public realm, usually outside. Public art seeks to embody public or universal concepts rather than commercial, partisan or personal concepts or interests. Independent art created or staged in or near the public realm for example, graffiti , street art lacks official or tangible public sanction has not been recognized as part of the public art genre,  however this attitude is changing due to the efforts of several street artists.
Public transport refers to the forms of transport that are available to the public. Examples include buses, trains, and pooled means. These forms of transport charged set fares that depend on the distance of travel and run on fixed routes. Compared to using personal cars for transport from one place to another, public transport has advantages and disadvantages. While it is good for the environment and the economy, public transport has its disadvantages as well.
